Welcome to Anvizon. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and any transactions between you and Anvizon. Anvizon provides digital services including web and mobile development, design, consulting, and related services. Specific terms for individual services, projects or purchases will be outlined in separate agreements, proposals, or invoices which supplement and, where applicable, supersede these Terms.

To access certain features or purchase services you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

All fees for services are as set in proposals, invoices, or on the Site. Payments are due according to the payment schedule in the applicable agreement. Late payments may incur interest and/or suspension of services. Refunds, if any, will be handled according to the applicable agreement.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Anvizon or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unless expressly agreed in writing, Anvizon retains ownership of work product, source code, designs and materials provided in the course of services until full payment is received. After full payment and depending on the agreement, ownership or license to use final deliverables may be transferred to the client as specified in the contract.

You agree not to use the Site or services for unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Illegal activities or anything that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Uploading or transmitting harmful code, malware, or viruses.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or user accounts.
• Infringing others' intellectual property or privacy rights.

Each party agrees to keep confidential information disclosed by the other party secure and not to disclose it to third parties except as permitted by these Terms or required by law. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available or rightfully obtained from a third party.

We strive to provide high-quality services, but to the fullest extent permitted by law, Anvizon provides services "as is" and disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anvizon and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including lost profits, revenue, data or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of the Site or services. Our aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Anvizon harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Site or services, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination, including payment for services rendered.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on the Site with the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with any applicable service agreements, proposals, or policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Anvizon regarding the subject matter and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
